  I got an absolute hack job on my hair. I asked for a one- inch and got 4 inches off instead. I've now resulted to busting out my extensions and waking up earlier for work to mess with them. SO FRUSTERATING! Stylists need to LISTEN to customers. Lisa cut my hair, and though she was very sweet, she did not listen. In fact, she talked.... a lot. Twenty minutes in her chair I learned so many personal things- things that I will not share here.
